What is honey taste? How do I taste honey? Why does honey taste different? Can honey spoil? How do I know if honey is pure? Should honey be refrigerated? Does fake honey crystallize? Why did my honey turn grainy?

Honey sensory analysis courses in English are going to be held in Bologna, Italy. Every year we will schedule educational classes in honey sensory analysis. We propose now three courses: Online education, Introduction to honey sensory analysis, Advanced class. Keep reading for further information.
