How well do you know your honey?

What is honey taste? How do I taste honey? Why does honey taste different? Can honey spoil? How do I know if honey is pure? Should honey be refrigerated? Does fake honey crystallize? Why did my honey turn grainy?

Honey sensory analysis courses in English will be held in Bologna, Italy. Every year we will schedule educational classes in honey sensory analysis. We now propose three courses: Online education, Introduction to honey sensory analysis, and Advanced class. Keep reading for further information.

ONLINE EDUCATION

DATE: New dates are not available yet, but if you are interested in attending, please pre-register (free of charge) by clicking here. The organization of the course will start as soon as we reach a minimum number of interested students. As we reach this number, you will receive an invitation to a survey to express your preferences for dates and times among several options. We will pick the option that is preferred by the majority of you. You will then be asked to confirm your participation by paying the fee, only if the final dates/times work for you.

Participants will receive a certificate of attendance from our organization. The online learning system cannot be accredited by the Italian National Register.
